Monday, August 29, 2011: Rowed for 30 minutes, felt good, good sweat. Turning double 4's tomorrow, time to get shape! Wifey got job back in AK, so my Cali dreaming is coming to an end, sad but there is nothing sad about AK! AK or bust!
